Battery Doctor has a basic user interface. With a few use and a little exploration, you’ll get used to it quickly. It’s no rocket science. Just a tap here and there and you would be able to access its options and features. The background is black, which makes it look neat. The options and their icons can be seen clearly because of the nice contrast on the background. There are no unnecessary graphics, which it doesn’t need anyways, considering its main function of helping you save battery.

Convenient to Use

This app provides convenience, especially for those who find it inconvenient to browse on the different settings of the phone, which concerns saving battery power. The features that has to do with saving energy of your mobile device are listed in one window, which is convenient as you don’t have to go from one area to another. These include WiFi, brightness and data usage. Turning these features on and off, and making adjustments can be done on the app itself too. While it gives you the option to check the running apps and manually close them by yourself, it’s nice that it has a one tap option to optimize your battery usage, which will automatically close apps running in the background that use the most power.

It’s Free

The Good

Battery Doctor effectively closes apps that use the most power. It’s easy to use and it has a simple user interface. It provides easy access to features that concern power usage such as data, WiFi and brightness and lets you make adjustments there.

The Bad

Although it says that it gives accurate battery life percentage, this is not always the case as there are instances that it says that there is this much power and it would get drain fast even when you are not running battery draining apps.
