Ahoy there me lads and lasses! Here’s yer app pirate back from another fantastic treasure hunting with the crew. We dived down Davey Jones’ locker and we were not disappointed with our finds. ‘Afore we drink rum and get drunk, of course this bucko will not forget your regular dose of app review. Ye know how much animals are close to me heart as me have a parrot pet, so I will share an app about them. ‘Tis called Farm Frenzy by HeroCraft Ltd. Avast ye and let’s start.

Average graphics

Farm Frenzy Review

The graphics of the game is not the worst but it’s also not one of the best that you will see on similar games. It looks like it’s set in a mountain based from its elevation. There are trees on the edge, while the main area where the game is played is surrounded by grass. It has an area at the center that doesn’t have grasses and this is where you take care of the animals and put various structures as you move to the next levels.

Simple gameplay

Farm Frenzy App

The gameplay is free, simple and it’s easy to learn, especially there are instructions on what to do. It is mainly clicking to feed the animals and collect their produce. You will start with a goose that lay eggs and as you progress to higher levels, you get to unlock other animals. Aside from caring for them, there are also bears that you need to catch so they won’t scare your animals. Plus, you can earn from selling them. You can then upgrade the structures as you go up to other levels. There are 70 levels to complete as of this moment. If you are quick in playing the game, you might complete it in no time.

Need to repeat levels to move forward

Aside from coins, you will also collect stars on each level. However, if you do not complete the needed stars required for the next level, you will be forced to repeat the previous levels that you already played just so you can complete the number of stars. It can be frustrating at times since it can get repetitive.

Thumbs up

There is no need to spend real money in order to play the game. You can download it for free and you will not be forced to make an in-app purchase. It’s completely optional. The gameplay is simple and it’s something that all types of players can easily learn, especially it also comes with instructions.

Thumbs down

It can be repetitive as you need to repeat some levels to collect the needed stars to unlock the next level. Graphics can also do some improvement. There are only 70 levels as of this moment, which you can quickly complete if you play continuously.

The verdict

Farm Frenzy is a casual, time-waster that you can play to keep you occupied. It may not have the best graphics, but it’s still good enough to pass time.
