Ahoy there me hearties! Here’s yer friendly app pirate ready for another booty hunting adventure. We had a short break on the land and me and the crew tried on several yummy foods from various restaurants around town. Me taste buds and tummy were satisfied! Aye, me gained some weight so this old salt must work out to get in shape again. I would need that to keep up with these buckos and be quick and energetic for our next adventure. I’ve been checking out some weight loss apps and found this one from Simple Design Ltd. called Lose Weight in 30 Days, which I will share with ye in this review. Avast ye and let’s start.

Simple to Follow

This app is perfect for those who are looking to lose weight and want an easy guide that they can follow. There are a variety of exercises to follow from day 1 to day 30. Their intensity levels up as days pass by, which is just right because you can adjust with the exercises and your body will not be shocked, especially if you were not into exercise before or it’s been a long time since you worked out. There is an animated video to follow and information about the specific exercise is written under the video so it would be very clear how to do them. The repetitions can also be edited to suit your personal needs, although the animation can be a bit slow and there’s no way as of this moment to adjust the speed.

Clean Interface

The overall interface of the app is organized, which is good in the eye. It’s easy to find the options as you just need to tap the menu on the upper left hand. Even the interfaces after tapping the options are also clean. You will not have a hard time familiarizing yourself with the use of the app because of this. However, there are advertisements that pop-up while doing the exercise. Although it’s a free app, it would be best if the ads don’t show up while doing the exercise as it can take away the focus or momentum.

Lose Weight in 30 Days is a convenient app because not only it teaches exercises that you can do each day, but it also has a diet plan to take for the entire 30 days to follow. There’s no need to download separate apps because you have both in one app.

This app is free and it has a clean and organized interface that’s easy to follow. It also has exercises and diet plans to follow for the entire 30 days. The exercises come with animated videos so they are easier to learn.

The Bad

The animation for the exercise can be slow and there’s no option to adjust the speed. There are also advertisements that pop-up while doing the exercise, which take away the focus or momentum on the exercise.

The Verdict

Lose Weight in 30 Days may have a few drawbacks, but all in all, this is an interesting app to try for those who are looking to lose weight. It’s free, and it comes with easy to follow exercises and diet plans.
