Ahoy there me mateys! It’s me again, yer friendly app pirate back for another great app find from the seven seas. Aye, with all those booty hunting adventures that I had with me crew and parrot pet, I had to heave ho to bring you this app that I snapped from the corsairs. The app that I will share with ye buckos is an empire building sim game from Game Insight and it’s called The Tribez: Build a Village. Avast ye and let me tell ye more about it me lads and lasses in this review.

Gorgeous Graphics

Tribez App

One of the first things that you would notice when you start playing this game is its amazing graphics. It’s eye popping and the attention to details both on the characters and environment is superb. This is not a surprise because if you check out the other games from the developer Game Insight like Paradise Island and Battle Towers, you would see that this is their trademark. There are different territories to explore that also have different terrains and settings. There are villages, farms, forests, mountains and more.

Lively Animations

The animation also deserves two thumbs up. You would see how smooth the characters move. Even the way the workers do their job and how the crops grow is fluid. Just looking at them move is already entertaining.

So Much to Explore

Tribez Game

This game has loads of content. There are several territories to explore and develop, as well as mini games to play and quests and missions to complete. Like other empire building games, you would need to check in once in a while to see if the process has been completed. This is the type of game that you could sign in once a day, leave and check the next day. It could just take some time to unlock other items and finish processes and that’s where gems come in, which by the way, are not that easy to get. So as you may expect from a freemium game, the other option is to make an in-app purchase. Moreover, there are quests that would require you to add people to your Facebook in order to complete, which is a drawback as you may not want random people to be added to your account.

The Good

This is a free to play game so you’re not required to spend anything to download it and keep playing. Its gorgeous graphics and animation would keep you entertained. There’s also so much to explore and build. It’s also something that you could play a few minutes a day but for a long time.

The Bad

Some quests may require you to add people to your Facebook, which may not be okay to many especially those who prefer to keep their social media circle private. Some processes take time to complete and other items take long to unlock.

The Verdict

If you are into empire or city building type of game, The Tribez: Build a Village is a must try app. It offers a new take in this game genre as instead of the usual modern cities, you would be taken back in time and develop villages instead.
