Aye, me lads, I am talking about this bubble shooter app that I played called Bubble Mania. Bubble Mania is a creation of TeamLava and it can be downloaded for free on supported mobile devices including iOS and Android phones. Complete over 100 levels of this bubble puzzle adventure and have fun with its fantastic graphics

Pop the Bubbles

It has the same gameplay as other bubble shooter games. You will have different colors of bubbles that you will use to pop the bubbles on the top portion of the screen. These bubbles also have varying colors. In between those bubbles are the cute critters that you need to free. When you shoot a bubble, aim to hit those with the same color. Matching at least three bubbles of the same color will make them pop.

The more bubbles you pop, the higher the points you earn. Prevent the bubbles form reaching the bottom part of the game screen or the game will end. If you run out of bubbles to shoot, you can purchase more using your coins or gems.

In other bubble shooter games, you need to clear all the bubbles to move to the next level. For this app, you will get to the next level as soon as you free all the critters. Remaining bubbles that you were not able to shoot will add more points. There are two methods to control the shooting. Choose the method you prefer on the settings. The two methods are tap to shoot and aim to shoot. Aside from this, you can also choose to connect to Facebook to post your score, as well as enable or disable sounds and push notifications. In-app purchase of coins and gems can be done using real money. Aside from purchasing more bubbles if you run out of bubbles to shoot, they can also be used for purchasing power-ups.

Get Boosts

Bubble boosts can be purchased using coins. Their costs vary depending on the level that you are in. However, boosts on higher levels are usually more expensive. So you may want to start saving these boosts on the lower level while they are cheaper.

You will need them as you progress on the game as it gets more challenging. There are three boosts that you can choose from. They are extra bubbles, long aiming line and super scorer. The extra bubbles, as the term suggests, will give you additional bubbles to throw. Long aiming line will make it easier for you to hit your aim. Super scorer will multiply the final score that you get by 2.

The Verdict

Though it does not differ from other bubble shooters when it comes to game play, the sounds and graphics make it a better choice. It’s colorful and fun making you enjoy completing all the levels and even want for more. Since it has free updates, you can be sure that there will be new puzzles to solve, as well as powers to collect.
