Yo, ho, ho, and a bottle of rum! Ahoy there me lads and lasses! Yer friendly app pirate is here again for another exciting adventure around the seven seas. When I was a little lad, I loved to for farming with me grandparents. Aye, they had a huge farm, and there were all kinds of plants, trees, and animals. We took care of them, and it was fulfilling when it was harvest time. I used to spend a lot of time there, and always stayed there during me school vacation. Oh, reminiscing that simple, fun farm life makes me nostalgic. This old salt still loves farming until now. So, even in the ship, we have this space where we take care of various plants, where we get fresh produce. For our app review, we will also be farming and harvesting. Batten down the hatches and let me tell ye more about the game called Farming Fever – Cooking Game by Matryoshka.

It’s a farming and cooking game in one

Farming Fever Review

It’s a mix of farming and cooking, which offers variety. If you’re a fan of both game genres or just looking for something that is a combination of different game types, this is a promising option. The farming isn’t the usual where you farm a large volume of crops and take care of animals, then harvest after some time. But instead, you harvest or get what you need as they are ordered by customers. So, it’s like the concept of farm to table, although the customers do not dine in, they just get their orders and leave.

It has cute graphics and animation

Farming Fever App

It has clean, pretty, and vibrant images. Since it’s set in a kitchen farm, it’s refreshing in the eyes, as you will see various fruits, vegetables, and animals. Even the characters are presentable, although the customers tend to repeat. It’s also fun to see the animation, especially the animals that move. The animals on the loading window are also adorable to watch, like the cute pig that has a butterfly on the nose, and the duck with its ducklings.

It’s free but the ads are excessive

The game is free to download and play. There are in-app purchases, but you can keep playing the game without spending real money, although of course, it requires more time and effort to upgrade. There are ads that you can watch to double your prizes, but besides that there are also ads that play after every level that run for around 30 seconds. Considering the levels are short, it could feel that the ads are excessive.

It’s fast-paced and challenging

The game is fast-paced, so you will find yourself unlocking new levels in no time. If you get easily bored in long plays for the levels, that wouldn’t be a problem on this one. It’s also challenging as you need speed to serve all the orders in time. There are timed levels, which make them harder.

Thumbs up

This game is free and it has adorable graphics and animation. It’s fast-paced and there are hundreds of challenging levels to play. It’s a farming and cooking game in one.

Thumbs down

The amount of ads is excessive as there’s one after every level and you also need to watch an advertisement if you want to double your earnings or prizes.

The verdict

We recommend Farming Fever – Cooking Game for those who are looking for farming and cooking games in one, and don’t get easily frustrated with ads as this has one after every level. It’s free, fast-paced, fun and challenging. There are many levels to unlock that will keep you entertained.
