Me thought about giving you a review on an app about jewelries as me was inspired by our most recent booty hunting. We found a treasure chest buried in the middle of the ocean and we were amazed at what we saw. There were gorgeous jewelries that had different gems and designs. From necklaces to tiaras, it was indeed a great find. That being said, I will share with ye me hearties a review of the app called Jewel Maker by V2R. Lend me yer ears me mateys and let’s start.
Colorful and vibrant
The graphics on the game window itself where you will see the different shapes and colors of gems are vibrant. The colors are bold and the graphics is high in quality. However, how the gems were created themselves was not that pleasing to the eyes. It was on the average side, but the animation, especially when a power-up appears and it eliminates several gems was well-done. The house or structure where you move to the next level was more attractive. It has a wooden brick floor, Christmas tree, gift boxes, pillows, and wooden chairs and tables. There are also pancakes and blueberries and two cups of coffee on the table.
Similar gameplay
Jewel Maker is a match 3 puzzle game, and like other games under this genre, the basic game play is the same. Match 3 or more of the same gems to remove them from the game window and earn points. There is a specific goal that you need to achieve on each level so you can move on to the next. Your moves are also limited so you have to think of your next step to ensure that you don’t run out of moves. This will not be a problem on the first levels since they are easy to pass. The game gets more challenging when you reach levels past 100.
Not many ads
There is an advertisement box at the bottom of the game window. Considering that this game is free, it is acceptable that it has ads and it’s a good thing that they appear at the bottom so you will not be bothered when you play the game.
Has system glitch
There are some system glitches in the game. For instance, there are times that you may not get the reward after completing an achievement or after tapping on the squirrel. However, this does not happen all the time.
The pros
Jewel Maker is free to play and it is easy to learn since it has the same basic gameplay as other match 3 games. It has vibrant and colorful graphics and it doesn’t have too much advertisements like other free games.
The cons
There are times that you will not get the reward that you should get, which may be a glitch on their system.
