Yo, ho, ho, and a bottle of rum! Ahoy there me lads and lasses! Here’s yer favorite app pirate and we’re about to tackle another swashbuckling voyage around the seven seas. The crew and I also planned that on our next land stop, we will try to drive different trucks. We have a landlubber friend who sells and repairs trucks, and we’re meeting him soon. We can’t wait to try driving those trucks, as most of us only had experience driving cars. It will be a first for many of us, that’s why we’re very excited. To prepare myself for the new experience, I practiced on the next best thing to real trucks, and that’s through simulators. I’ll share with ye one of the apps that I used. It’s actually presentable since the artwork is clean, making it pleasant in the eyes. Even the movement is smooth, although it can be a bit slower than expected, like when driving and moving cargos.

It may not be the best truck simulator game out there, but it’s good enough considering it’s a free app. It’s not in a first person point of view, so even though you have the control in front of you, you will see the truck in third person point of view. It uses real physics, so the truck will move and react as it would in real life, like if there are rough roads and such. The background also turns from daytime to nighttime, so the truck has lights turned on during the night. It also needs gas and repair to keep running smoothly. If it gets stuck, you can call for tow service, like the real thing.
