Yo, ho, ho, and a bottle of rum! Ahoy there me lads and lasses! It’s me again, yer friendly app pirate ready to give ye another app review. Ye know how I love playing different kinds of games. Sometimes, I love challenging games that get me thinking or action games that keep me on my toes. There are also times that I just want simple and relaxing games to pass time like the one I will share with ye buckos. It’s called Tsuki’s Odyssey by HyperBeard. Avast ye and let me tell you more about it.

It has a story

Tsuki Review

This game has a story that you can follow. It starts with Tsuki’s train travel to the Mushroom Village where he will go back after staying in the city. He will meet various characters, including new ones, and friends he knew way back. You will get to know more about the character around him as you progress in the game. So, you are not just playing, but you also get to follow a story.

It’s free and it has cute graphics

Tsuki App

You can download and play the game for free. It comes with in-app purchases but you are not forced to buy them, although you may be tempted to since the items get more expensive, and it’s slow to collect carrots, which is the game currency. You get something free from logging in each day though. So, it’s really more of something that you can play casually when you have free time, or want to kill time because the progress may not meet your expectations if you are looking for a game that is fast-paced and action-packed. If you want something laid back and relaxing, this is an option for you.

You can explore the game on your pace

This game is a passive adventure, so there are various things you can do, such as decorate the house, and go fishing. There will also be interaction with other characters. There is a map that lets you explore the village freely, so you can do it on your own pace. It’s something you can put down and pick up anytime.

There’s not much you can do with your things

One of the things you can do is buy furniture for your home and decorate it. However, there’s no function to that, it’s mostly for design. It would be better if you can do more with the things you buy like for instance sit on the chair or put books in the drawer or shelf.

The game sometimes crashes

There are times that the game lags and crashes. It can be a bit frustrating when it happens because you need to restart the game to continue. And sometimes, the prizes you collect are gone.

Thumbs up

Tsuki’s Odyssey is free to play and it has cute graphics. There’s also a story to follow, and you can explore it on your own pace. It’s also relaxing and you can pick it up to play anytime.

Thumbs down

There’s not much you can do with the items you buy, and they get more expensive. It also sometimes crashes or lags.

The verdict

Tsuki’s Odyssey is recommended for those looking for a casual game that they can play to kill time and would not require much attention. You can play it on your own pace, and it’s free. The graphics is also pretty and there’s a story to follow. It has some hiccups like the expensive prices of items and the game crashing at times, but it’s still worth the try for a casual game to add on your list.
